Conference Name: | Optical Instrumentation for Energy and Environmental Applications (OIEEA): Optics and Photonics for Energy & the Environment (E2) (2 Dec 2015 - 5 Dec 2015 : Canberra, Australia) |
Statement of Responsibility: | Zhiwei Sun, Dahe Gu, Graham J. Nathan, Zeyad T. Alwahabi, Bassam B. Dally |
Abstract: | Time-resolved laser-induced incandescence (TiRe-LII) for measuring primary soot diameter and two-angle elastic light scattering (2A-ELS) for measuring soot aggregate radius are introduced. Instantaneous and planar measurements with these optical methods are demonstrated in sooting flames. |
