Abstract: | We perform a study of infinite hadronic matter and finite nuclei at finite temperature and density with an improved method of calculating the effective baryon mass. A detailed study of the predictions of the model is made in comparison with the available data and the level of agreement is generally very good. © 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved. |
