Abstract: | Empirical work by the IMP Group suggests that actor bonds are formed by trust and identity, yet no theoretical grounds have been offered for these conclusions. This paper proposes a specific definition of actor and actor bonds within contexts defined by time variance with regard to the object of interaction and the commanding capability of the actor. This perspective allows psychological and sociological theory to explain actor bond development. |
