Abstract: Reports that Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common cancer in men in Africa and Asia with 20-150 cases for every 150,000 inhabitants. Transplantation and surgical resection primary means of management; attempt to reduce postoperative tumor recurrence by use of Lipiodol before both transplantation and resection; Mechanism of action of Lipiodol.
