Abstract: | In this paper an innovative algorithm for the transmission line parameter estimation is presented. The important factors, such as synchronisation, processing of non-stationary signals and phasor estimation that are affecting the estimation accuracy have been addressed in the paper, and the set of pre-processing tools have been proposed. The new algorithm is tested using practical fault records. Some representative results are presented in the paper. |
