| Abstract: | A report for the Department of Family and Community Services that evaluated the FCNI and found that the program had successfully improved the capacity of communities and families through better access to information and services and improved cooperation and coordination of existing services. The report also shows how community builders and government agencies can work together to strengthen their communities. |
