| Description: | Extent : 20 minutes Concerto for solo trumpet and large symphony orchestra. This work was commissioned by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, with commission funding provided by an anonymous consortium of private sponsors. High Art was premiered 11th September 2003 at the Sydney Opera House with James Morrison as soloist accompanied by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra conducted by Michael Christie. This performance was broadcast live on ABC Classic FM. Score published by Boosey and Hawkes (Australia) 2002 – 2004 and Hal Leonard (Australia) 2004 – 2007. |
