Description: | Includes English abstract: One can see continuity and coherence in the recent Neaples town planning. Many initiatives programmed by the mayor Bassolino's local government and started in the 90's have contributed to the new planning instruments. The large amount of new architectures, infrastructures, public spaces, building sites and projects in the town are evidence of a quality of the results. Nevertheless, the quality of the town planning programme hasn't been followed by effective social and labour politics; therefore the important goal of a general social improvement proceeds slowly. |
