Title: Interview with Rex Krause [RDA 1944]

Abstract: An Interview with Rex Krause was recorded in November 2015, 71 years after graduating with the Gold medal from the Roseworthy Agricultural College in 1944. Rex went on to complete a Bachelor of Agricultural Science at the University of Adelaide Waite Campus, and soon after joined the staff at Roseworthy and began his notable career as a Plant Breeder in the 1950's. He remained as plant breeder, lecturer and later as the Deputy Principal before retiring . As well as being academically successful Rex was also an all round sports person excelling in football, cricket and athletics as well as being totally involved in student affairs on the College. Rex would be one of the few Roseworthy Graduates who spent most of his life at Roseworthy, making a huge contribution to Agricultural Education and Research.
